From February to December 2020 I was the Assembly and Layout production coordinator on this Warner Bros/DC 3D CG-animated feature film, and following that, I coordinated the Animation, Character Final, FX and Character FX departments in Sydney simultaneously through to September 2021.

As production assistant I am responsible in assisting the associate VFX producer Jason Bath, VFX and CG Supervisors including Matt Middleton, and the production management team at Animal Logic on the hybrid-CG animated film 'Peter Rabbit 2' while acting as a support for all the involved department supervisors and coordinators, such as Art, Story, Editorial, Assets, Animation, Compositing, Tracking/Layout, FX/CharFX and more.
This role involves calendar management for the entire show as well as for the producers and supervisors, management of weekly new starters across all departments, delivery of various types of assets to the client (Sony Pictures) and director for approval. Additionally, I have undertaken coordinating duties for front-end departments such as Art, which has heavily involved Marketing and the coordination of deliverables through the pipe. I have also been actively involved in assisting and helping out coordinators and production with learning of processes and tools.

The Westbury Faery is an elaborate interactive multiplatform world-building project spanning many forms of media including live action cinematic film, low-fi found footage style viral video, community building across social networks, an interactive website, an Augmented Reality app, live online characters and a beautiful illustrated book of original user-contributed short stories. Exploring the fine line between fiction and truth, this story combines Australian, Canadian and Irish history with folktale set in the 1840s and today.
